Yes, it is free of charge. Alphabet (up to 8 characters, 7mm size) Engraving types include uppercase and lowercase alphabets, other symbols, & + - # etc.

Yes, we do. For one year after the product arrives, we will repair missing metal fittings, buttons, and threads once free of charge. If you register as an app member, you can also purchase a warranty plan, so we will replace leather parts, metal fittings, and threads after the one-year warranty period has expired, so please consider using the app.
